As I know from my own work/life experience, 'misfortune flavours the brave' from time to time.

Shai Agassi's 'time' with Better Place - a company he personally envisioned - spectacularly met its demise all to soon.

Lessons learned Yada Yada Yada...

Shai uses the cell phone analogy for what he did then - and what he suggests now.

I agree with him 100%

Whatever others believe of his vision and enterprise, I am proud to call him a friend.

I therefore really enjoyed reviewing his presentation at the recent Fuel Choices Summit 2016 - link below.

The economic imperative behind it all is indeed the key driver to the electric vehicles compelling yet sporadic destiny.

In addition to his tally I would add - minimising accidents and deaths - mitigating congestion - eradicating urban pollution - liberating the elderly and infirm....and there's more.

CES in Las Vegas in a few weeks will undoubtedly reveal more about how all this is presenting.

I'll be there busy with a few particularly interesting folks in play with all this.
